Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week it’s on a Friday.
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher. We don’t have a say in what customs will charge you guys.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
